About The Position

The Sourcing Recruiter role will specialize in identifying and engaging top-tier talent, building pipelines for both current and future hiring needs. The role will work closely with Client Leads to develop and execute proactive candidate sourcing strategies, conduct market research, and provide qualified candidates to meet organizational goals. This role requires independent decision-making, including the ability to evaluate candidate qualifications, analyze market trends, and strategically prioritize sourcing efforts to meet GoHealth’s hiring objectives. Each Sourcing Recruiter will be aligned to a specific market or role specialization, ensuring they deliver high-impact talent pipelines and support hiring success across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume or specialized hiring environments.
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, and CRM/ATS systems.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze job requirements and independently determine candidate suitability.
  • Excellent judgment and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
  • Proactive networking skills to establish long-term connections and anticipate future hiring needs.

  • Experience conducting market research to identify key talent pools and emerging hiring trends.
  • Ability to evaluate and prioritize multiple sourcing efforts to meet organizational goals.
  • Specialization in a specific market or role, such as Provider Recruitment, Center Staff, or Radiologic Technologists, ensuring in-depth market knowledge and effective targeting.
  • Ability to develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates in competitive markets.
  • Experience tracking key performance metrics and making data-driven recommendations to improve sourcing effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and develop relevant contacts to create, maintain, and grow pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for specific roles or markets, leveraging networks, job boards, referrals, and social platforms to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Analyze job descriptions and independently evaluate candidate qualifications to ensure alignment with hiring needs.
  • Proactively identify and engage with passive candidates, building strong relationships and converting leads to viable candidates.
  • Monitor hiring trends within assigned markets or roles and make recommendations on sourcing adjustments based on market insights.
  • Network with industry professionals to anticipate hiring needs and pre-emptively build candidate pipelines before roles are formally posted.
  • Screen and present pre-qualified candidates to Client Leads, providing summaries of qualifications and fit for each position.
  • Track, analyze, and report on sourcing effectiveness, identifying areas for continuous improvement and making recommendations on new sourcing strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with Client Leads to align on hiring priorities and ensure delivery of high-quality candidates within agreed timeframes.
