About The Position

The Sourcing Program Manager leads sourcing strategy and execution across the product lifecycle, from design through launch and scale. This high-impact role collaborates directly with engineering teams to support product launches and deliver measurable results. The position is permanent and based in Morristown, New Jersey, with a hybrid work schedule. The role offers a stated annual pay range of $150,000 to $180,000, with individual compensation determined by factors including qualifications, skills, experience, job knowledge, location, and internal equity.

Requirements

At least 8 years of experience in supply chain and sourcing.
Systems thinking and an understanding of cost, risk, and performance tradeoffs.
Ability to influence without authority and make decisions in ambiguous situations.
Execution- and delivery-focused mindset.
Experience with supplier qualification and readiness.
Proficiency in KPI and milestone tracking.
Technical awareness, particularly the ability to understand drawings and hardware.

Nice To Haves

Experience in semiconductor or capital equipment, complex hardware or advanced manufacturing, aerospace or defense, or robotics/AI hardware or electronics.
Mentorship and leadership mindset.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary interface between engineering, operations, and supply chain teams.
Drive supplier readiness to support successful product launches and ramp-up.
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks involving delivery, capacity, quality, and cost.
Lead cross-functional alignment among internal stakeholders to meet program milestones.
Manage sourcing-related deliverables, timelines, and program execution.
Partner with category managers to execute sourcing strategies and resolve supplier challenges.
Analyze data to provide insights that support decision-making and program success.
Present program updates, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
