Your Opportunity, Your Team The Sourcing Operations Coordinator supports QVC and HSN, by working cross-functionally in a high reach and high impact team. Where You'll Work This role is onsite and will require you to work from our West Chester, PA office daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role. This position is required to be in-person 5 days a week (Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM) What You'll Do Development Sample ManagementProcess incoming mail and samples for the DDGS Design, Tech Design and Sourcing teams, and distribute it to the proper recipients. Prepare outgoing mail for shipment daily for domestic packages and twice weekly for international packages. Team member is responsible for creating all required documentation including customs clearance forms. This sometimes includes the ability to lift heavy items. Act as a liaison with the QVC mailroom room when tracking inbound and outbound packages. Sample Retrieval & Returns from Sample Storage Content Production Sample Management Manage sample matrix to support the business with digital content, Fashion 360, brand personality samples and buyer reference samples, owning communication internally and externally to our vendor partners. Troubleshoot duty and tariff related charges with the vendors and freight companies. (FedEx, UPS, DHL) Data Optimization Using FlexPLM, MicroStrategy and Tableau, support Senior Manager with raw data collection and validation for key business reporting needs and adhoc special projects What You'll Bring Working well in high-pressured environments Written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
