About The Position

As a Sourcing Manager at Navan, you will help build version 2.0 of the sourcing team and help clients find suitable venues, hotels, and locations for their events. Working between sales and managed services, you will anticipate, support, and analyze client sourcing needs. The role focuses on reducing time-to-source, improving sourcing accuracy, and informing product development as the company grows. You will own hotel sourcing from client kickoff and RFPs through signed contracts, including contract review and negotiation. You will work with event planners, clients, supply partners, sales, and partnerships to fulfill event requirements, improve sourcing operations, support revenue growth, and advance Navan’s self-serve and full-event-management offerings. During the first 30 days, you will learn the Navan product and SOPs, build relationships with global events and offshore sourcing teams, complete onboarding, and begin sourcing active events. Within 60 days, you will provide product and partner feedback, contribute to projects that streamline sourcing, and develop a full understanding of self-serve, full event management, and M&E the Navan Way. Within 90 days, you will become a trusted sourcer for the events team, build strong relationships with hotel partners and clients, and begin owning projects to elevate the sourcing process.
