About The Position
Uline is seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager to lead product sourcing initiatives, negotiate vendor contracts, optimize the supply chain, and guide a high-performing team. The role is based at Uline’s Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, and focuses on balancing cost, quality, and speed while building strong supplier relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- High level of interpersonal, project management, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Availability for international travel to trade shows and vendor visits.
Nice To Haves
- 7+ years of experience directly sourcing products from domestic and overseas factories (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Own product sourcing, vendor selection, and new product development for an assigned category.
- Lead meetings and negotiations with domestic and international vendors for Uline product lines.
- Communicate with vendors about performance, product development, and maintaining high quality standards.
- Build relationships with Uline leaders and internal teams, including Purchasing, Marketing, and Quality Control.
- Coach and develop a team of Product Management Analysts.
