This remote position, based in Texas, requires travel throughout the assigned region and periodic travel to the corporate office in Vienna, Ohio. The Sourcing Manager will report to the Director of Sales and collaborate with various cross-functional teams. The role is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic supplier relationships, ensuring a reliable supply network, and supporting company objectives through effective sourcing, cost management, and vendor performance initiatives aligned with Millwood's mission and values. The ideal candidate is a strategic sourcing professional with strong business acumen, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to develop supplier networks that support growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. They must demonstrate integrity, a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to Millwood's mission, culture, and values. This individual will identify supply opportunities, remove constraints to growth, negotiate favorable commercial terms, and collaborate effectively with sales, operations, finance, and supplier partners to drive value creation. Success will be measured by supplier development, cost savings, supply continuity, vendor performance, pricing responsiveness, and support of regional revenue growth objectives.
