About The Position

The Sourcing Engineer role develops and executes sourcing strategies for technical and complex categories, including engineering services, manufacturing components, capital equipment, and technology-related spend. This role partners closely with Engineering, Operations and Finance to identify and manage suppliers, negotiate contracts, mitigate risk, and drive measurable cost, quality, and performance improvements. This position combines technical knowledge with strategic supplier management to support long-term business objectives, cost optimization, and operational resilience.
