The Sourcing Coordinator is responsible for providing direct assistance to procurement team members. The core responsibilities include entering contracts into the Contract Management System, assisting buyers with general procurement tasks, participating in and responding to internal audit requests and related procedures, organizing meetings and booking rooms, retrieving quotes and agreements, providing administrative support for RFP/RFI’s, modifying contracts as instructed, and other duties as assigned. The position involves routine contact with Strategic Sourcing team members but may have some interaction with University Stakeholders and Suppliers.
