About The Position

Join our Digital Technology (DT) Sourcing Team! As a Sourcing Advisor - Software, you will be responsible for leading the software sourcing team in contributing to the development of annual and long-term sourcing strategies and pipeline plans for the software category, achieving cost savings targets, and leading RF(x) and commercial contract negotiations with software suppliers. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams including IT, legal, finance, and others, mitigating supplier risks through effective contracting and supplier negotiation, and management. You will communicate with business leaders and stakeholders regarding project status, process compliance, business procedures, and policies, serving as a business partner to key IT stakeholders and cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes, ensure compliance with company requirements, and track metrics (KPIs). You will also lead multiple sourcing projects and sourcing-related activities in a fast-paced, global environment, and possess an understanding of global cybersecurity and data privacy regulations related to the procurement of software and associated services.

Requirements

• Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Have a minimum of 7 years’ experience leading IT / technology sourcing activities for Software (On-Prem, SaaS, Cloud).
• Have experience in negotiating & redlining software contracts.
• Have the ability to leverage internal and external data sources to create software category plans.
• Be a skilled negotiator who can both plan and execute sourcing strategies in support of stakeholder’s business needs.
• Have strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills.
