About The Position

The Sourcing Associate supports category management in conjunction with supply chain and business strategies. The role covers sourcing, product development, pre-production, and production responsibilities, with a focus on meeting organizational goals and metrics. The position works closely with the category manager, Sourcing Manager, Design, PVH offshore offices, hub teams, vendors, and cross-functional partners to keep seasonal deliverables, product information, and development and production activities on track. The role is based in a fast-paced, continually evolving environment and requires flexibility, attention to detail, analytical judgment, effective communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines. The position is not eligible for sponsorship.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in product development, sourcing, and manufacturing.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Analytical ability and understanding of supply goals and metrics.
Good judgment and decision-making skills, including root-cause analysis.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including listening and negotiation.
Detail-oriented, resourceful, and strong follow-up skills; able to gather information through appropriate contacts and drive solutions.
Flexibility to function in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines.
Ability to collaborate and communicate clearly across cultures, geographies, and time zones.
Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel; VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and PivotTable experience required.
Able to problem-solve and offer solutions to improve efficiencies, and adapt to changing business trends and ad hoc projects.

Experience with PDM, PLM, Centric, or Entefy.

Responsibilities

Manage calendars, support adherence, and assist with problem-solving.
Support the manager with projects for management business reviews, meetings, and other assigned work.
Collaborate with the category manager and PVH offshore offices to meet deliverables and keep systems updated.
Create cost charts and analyze costing for new developments; work with vendors on cost options to meet AUC targets.
Develop and maintain tracking reports for research and development.
Help monitor seasonal sample status and offer mitigation plans at each stage of development.
Participate in proto/SMS reviews and line-finalization meetings.
Communicate daily with onshore and offshore cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with the Sourcing Manager and Design on seasonal research and development and new sourcing opportunities.
Manage Supply Team projects as needed, including seasonal audits and sample tracking.
Handle other assigned responsibilities and projects.
Maintain updated information in Entefy and PLM, including product allocation, costing, proto tracking, testing, and risk assessment.
Work with hub teams and vendors to resolve development and production issues.
Monitor vendor and cross-functional calendar deliverables and escalate issues or late deliverables to the Manager.
Receive and distribute submissions as needed, including samples and trim cards, and send parcels as needed.
