About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Sourcing & Sustainability Data Intern to support our Sourcing and Sustainability teams in organizing, cleaning, and structuring data related to purchased goods, purchase categories, and sustainability reporting requirements. This internship is well suited for a student or recent graduate with an interest in sustainability, supply chains, data quality, and regulatory reporting, and provides hands‑on exposure to how sustainability data is prepared for legislative and compliance purposes.

Requirements

• Interest in sustainability, supply chains, data quality, and regulatory reporting
• Ability to organize, clean, and structure data
• Familiarity with data validation and consistency checks
• Proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, or similar tools

Responsibilities

• Organizing and cleaning data related to purchased goods and procurement categories across multiple sources
• Supporting data preparation related to sustainability legislation and reporting requirements (e.g., ESG, CSRD, Scope 3 Category 1)
• Assisting with data validation, consistency checks, and gap identification in existing datasets
• Structuring data in Excel, SharePoint, or other internal tools to improve usability and traceability
• Helping maintain clear and auditable data files to support internal and external reporting
