We hope you're one of them. Vivmark Residential is seeking a Construction Sourcing Analyst II to support our national procurement and strategic sourcing initiatives. This role partners closely with construction, preconstruction, operations, and vendor partners to drive value through supplier management, contract negotiations, rebate programs, strategic sourcing, and cost optimization initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, construction purchasing, or vendor management who enjoys combining analytical work with relationship management and commercial negotiations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 4+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, purchasing, supply chain, vendor management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret spend data and develop actionable recommendations.
- Experience negotiating contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements.
- Knowledge of procurement and contract management processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with suppliers and vendor partners across construction-related categories.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, rebates, and service agreements to maximize value for the business.
- Support and lead competitive sourcing initiatives, including RFPs, supplier evaluations, and vendor selection processes.
- Analyze spend data and identify opportunities for savings, standardization, and process improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure vendor performance meets expectations.
- Monitor supplier performance through KPIs, business reviews, and issue resolution activities.
- Assist with category planning, budgeting, and procurement strategies.
- Coordinate implementation and rollout of new supplier programs and national agreements.
- Track market conditions, pricing trends, and emerging supplier opportunities.
- Support sourcing governance, contract administration, and procurement best practices.
