About The Position

The SourceView Sr. Contract Analyst is responsible for the operational execution of SEA contracts in support of the Senior Manager, Customer Strategy. The SourceView Sr. Contract Analyst ensures accurate, timely, and compliant execution of all SEA contract components. This role requires strong analytical capability, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across multiple cross‑functional partners. The SourceView Sr. Contract Analyst manages contract workflows, prepares required documentation, maintains financial data integrity, and ensures seamless handoff between Sales, Contract Management, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; preferred in Finance, Business, Economics, or Marketing.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant business experience, including 3+ years in Pricing, Contracting, Finance, Sales, or related roles.
  • High proficiency in Excel is required (data extraction, analysis, dashboards).

Responsibilities

  • Cross‑Functional Partnership & Process Improvement Coordinate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Contract Management, and Contract Administration.
  • Identify process gaps and opportunities to streamline SEA workflows; escalate recommendations to leadership.
  • Support updates to SOPs, templates, and process documentation.
  • Act as a subject matter resource for SEA systems, forms, and operational steps.
  • Support to the Senior Manager, Customer Strategy Translate strategic direction from the Senior Manager into accurate operational steps for SEA contract execution.
  • Prepare, validate, and maintain data, forms, schedules, and documentation needed for customer-facing discussions.
  • Ensure contract elements, pricing, and configuration align with the strategic approach developed by the Senior Manager.
  • Provide timely updates, analytics, and scenario support to enable effective customer and field conversations.
  • SEA Contract Execution Intake opportunities and maintain accurate tracking in the SEA Pipeline Tracker.
  • Collaborate with Area Directors and Regional Managers to validate proposal inputs, approvals, and documentation.
  • Run or validate eLogic and staging files; prepare CI forms and deal documentation.
  • Coordinate forecasting with Supply Chain, including Power Tools when applicable.
  • Submit contract details to Contract Management and verify accuracy of all drafts before external distribution.
  • Manage UCN eligibility requests, effective dates, and signature routing through Contract Administration and Customer Service.
  • Lead Shipping & Logistics preparation across Supply Chain, Customer Service, Warehouse, Bridgewater/Morrisville, and FSO.
  • Monitor backorders, set-building timelines, and shipment readiness; reroute BOs prior to shipment as needed.
  • Update revenue recognition contacts, shipment trackers, and customer master/participant lists.
