Sourcers are responsible for driving top-of-funnel recruiting activity across nLIGHT’s Technical, Functional, and Product organizations. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-quality talent to support hiring needs across the business. Sourcers will work with recruiters and hiring managers, develop targeted sourcing strategies, build candidate pipelines for current openings, and proactively engage passive talent through personalized outreach. The ideal candidate combines strong sourcing expertise, effective candidate engagement skills, and a data-driven approach to deliver qualified talent and accelerate hiring outcomes.
