About The Position

PeopleLift is a bilingual staffing and HR consulting firm headquartered in Atlanta, GA, with a registered entity in San Juan, Puerto Rico. We partner with growing companies across the U.S. and Latin America to build strong teams, navigate complex HR challenges, and move fast on talent. Our team is collaborative, bilingual, and deeply committed to making the hiring process better for everyone involved — candidates included. We're looking for a sharp, self-driven Talent Sourcer to join our team and support active recruiting efforts across multiple client accounts. You'll be the engine behind our candidate pipeline — identifying, engaging, and qualifying top talent across a range of industries including construction, finance, healthcare, and technology. This is a fully remote role, but we need someone based in the greater Atlanta area who is plugged into the local market and available to collaborate during Eastern Time business hours.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, ideally within a staffing agency or high-volume recruiting environment
  • Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates — you know how to find people who aren't actively looking
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and at least one ATS platform
  • Strong written communication skills — your outreach messages are clear, personable, and professional
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions at once without missing follow-ups
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Must reside in the greater Austin, TX metropolitan area

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus, but not required
  • Experience sourcing for construction, finance, healthcare, or professional services roles is a bonus

Responsibilities

  • Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS databases, and creative outreach strategies
  • Write and send compelling outreach messages that reflect our brand voice and get responses
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications, availability, and fit
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our ATS (Loxo / JazzHR)
  • Build and manage talent pipelines for open roles across multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and account managers to align on role priorities and candidate criteria
  • Provide regular pipeline updates and sourcing activity reports
  • Support bilingual outreach efforts in English and Spanish as needed
