About The Position

As a source throughput analyst, you use your specialized technical intelligence experience and your attention to detail to develop analytic assessments and dissemination trends to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our warfighters, protect our national security, and inform our nation’s leaders. As an intelligence analyst on our team, you’ll help your client understand their operational landscape, mission integration procedures, and airborne modernization. Using your understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll explore new data sources, develop effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources GEOINT, ISR, NSG, and ASG architectures. You’ll validate information and apply client tradecraft as you build assessments for warfighters, senior policymakers, internal client publications, and IC-wide products. As the authority on your GEOINT throughput and dissemination your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise, develop new skills in airborne strategies, GEOINT architecture, advanced sensor capabilities, and share your methodologies with other analysts. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working in the GEOINT Community, its focus areas, and its throughput management operations
  • Experience developing User-to-System CONOPS and Business Rules to support developing enhancements
  • Experience implementing process improvements including automated solutions and modernization for airborne data dissemination
  • Knowledge of national, commercial, and airborne GEOINT sensors, capabilities, and architectures
  • Ability to provide customer support for all aspects of throughput management and integration including tool development, dissemination troubleshooting, user training, policy implementation and architecture migration activities
  • Ability to collaborate with partners to discover and integrate new technologies into GEOINT TCPED
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • HS diploma or GED and 5+ years of experience with GEOINT, Associate’s degree and 3+ years of experience with GEOINT, or Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience with GEOINT

Nice To Haves

  • Experience performing GEOINT collection using GIMS
  • Experience developing educational materials and performance support solutions such as job aids, videos, and documents for a variety of customers and stakeholders
  • Experience developing requirements for GEOINT systems
  • Experience with GEOINT operations within the COCOMs or Armed Services
  • Knowledge of training and tradecraft implementation use and guidelines
  • Knowledge of GEOINT Collections, Analysis, IT architecture, acquisition, procurement, and project management
  • Ability to provide recommendations based off of data collection and mission knowledge for technical sensor capabilities
  • GEOINT Professional Fundamentals (GPC-F) Certification
  • GEOINT Professional Collections (GPC-C) Certification
