About The Position

As an intelligence analyst, you’ll use your specialized technical, language, regional, functional, or military experience and attention to detail to develop analytic assessments to give your clients the actionable intelligence and context they need. As an All- Source Intelligence Analyst on our team, you’ll help your client understand their mission and various topics of interest. Using your understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll explore new data sources, build effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources, including SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and others. You’ll validate information and apply client tradecraft as you build assessments for IC-wide intelligence products. As the authority on your topic, your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise, develop new skills in intelligence analysis, and share your methodologies with other analysts. Requirements

Experience using analytic tools to research data from multiple intelligence sources and analyzing findings.
Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments.
Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policy makers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings.
Ability to support a rotating shift schedule.
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 7+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degree.

Nice To Haves

3+ years of experience with producing all-source intelligence analysis reports and briefings and input to IC databases.
Knowledge of ICD 203 / 206 analytic tradecraft standards.
