In this role, you will be responsible for sorting, organizing, inspecting, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining quality and productivity standards. Nice To Haves

1-3 years of warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience
Previous sorting, packing, or inventory experience
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

Sort and organize products, materials, and components according to established guidelines
Inspect items for quality defects and ensure products meet company standards
Separate, label, and package materials for processing or shipment
Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and complete basic transactions
Perform quality checks throughout the sorting process
Replace labels and supplies as needed
Maintain organized workstations and material flow
Follow production schedules and daily priorities
Accurately complete required paperwork and documentation
Adhere to all safety procedures and work instructions
Work efficiently to meet productivity goals
Assist with general warehouse and production support tasks as needed
