About The Position

Mannapov is looking for a motivated Sorting Lead to help oversee daily warehouse sorting operations while supporting and coaching team members. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone with warehouse experience who enjoys leading by example, maintaining quality standards, and helping others succeed. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
This position is only open to current or previous Mannapov Employees.
Comfortable using computers, barcode scanners, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Authorized to work in the United States.

Experience in Sorting department at Mannapov
Must read, write, and speak English

Nice To Haves

1+ year of sorting experience preferred.
Warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing experience preferred.
Leadership or team lead experience is a plus.
Cell phone repair or electronics experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and support daily sorting operations to meet production goals.
Train, coach, and provide work direction to team members.
Ensure products are accurately scanned, sorted, labeled, counted, and processed.
Monitor quality and accuracy while helping resolve process issues.
Maintain training records, production logs, and operational documentation.
Promote a safe, organized, and positive work environment.
Communicate with supervisors and other departments to keep operations running smoothly.
Follow all company safety, quality, and operational procedures.
Assist in other warehouse areas as business needs require.
