About The Position

Under supervision, picks not conforming material from a moving conveyer. Performs clean up duties as assigned. Responsible for maintaining the required quality of the shredded ICW product.

Requirements

• Must be able to interact with customers and vendors in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 30-50 lbs and 100+lbs on 2-person lift.
• Will be required to bend, twist, stoop during cleaning activities.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Remove large pieces of plastic
• Remove stainless steel
• Remove any non-conforming material such as air bags
• Keeps picking areas clean and orderly
• Assists with cleanup duties at the end of production
• Assists with maintenance activities as needed
• Wears all necessary PPE when working in the yard.
• Follows company safety standards at all times.
