About The Position

This position involves performing system and/or manual tasks to support inbound and outbound warehouse operations. The role requires identifying and resolving issues in various functional areas such as breakpack, breakdown, put away, replenishment, QC, staging, loading, and shipping. The goal is to support efficient warehouse processing and maximize warehouse space usage, working under the direction of warehouse leads, supervisors, or managers.

Requirements

Ability to become certified in, and operate warehouse equipment.
Proficient in problem solving, communication, following directions, time management.
Must be a team player.
The employee will regularly sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel and crouch.
The employee may lift, lower, or carry products up to a maximum of 50 pounds by hand.
The employee may operate warehouse equipment.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not required.
G License preferred for loader position.

Responsibilities

Perform system and/or manual tasks to support inbound and outbound operations.
Identify and resolve issues in various functional areas; breakpack, breakdown, put away, replenishment, QC, staging, loading, shipping.
Support efficient warehouse processing and maximize warehouse space usage.
Perform work under the direction of warehouse lead, supervisor or manager.
Receive vendor purchase orders and customer returns.
Process outbound orders in a timely manner to ensure truck departure timelines are met.
Pick/Stock products with accuracy.
Wrap, sort and load orders.
Maintain basic housekeeping in assigned areas of warehouse.
Adhere to all safety procedures in the performance of job duties.
