The Fraternity Housing Corporation (FHC) is dedicated to enhancing the Alpha Gamma Delta membership experience by providing safe, competitive, and attractive housing. The FHC manages over 95 properties across the United States, ensuring high-quality property management support for each chapter. This live-in House Director role is responsible for the daily operations of the chapter house, encompassing administrative tasks, security, environmental safety, facility and grounds oversight, resident emergency management, meal service assistance, maintenance, cleanliness, financial matters, and vendor supervision. The House Director will collaborate with the Regional Property Manager to uphold chapter house rules, Fraternity, FHC, and University policies, ensuring a comfortable and safe living environment for Alpha Gamma Delta members. The position requires residing at the chapter facility seven days a week, excluding extended holiday breaks when the facility is closed.
