About The Position
Lincoln International, Inc. is seeking high-performing, motivated undergraduate sophomores for its Sophomore Job Shadow Program. This one-day program is designed to expose students to the various opportunities available through a career in investment banking. It will provide an overview of Lincoln and the sell-side M&A process, insight into the responsibilities of an investment banking analyst, and networking opportunities with Lincoln bankers. This program is relevant to the 2028 summer internship recruiting cycle.
Requirements
- Current Sophomores in college
- Preferred Finance, Accounting or Business major
- Minimum GPA of 3.5
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Assertive, self-motivated and desire to succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Must not now or in the future require sponsorship for employment visa status.
Responsibilities
- Gain exposure to the overview of Lincoln and the sell-side M&A process.
- Gain insight into the responsibilities of an investment banking analyst.
- Network with Lincoln bankers of various levels.
