About The Position

Lincoln International invites high-performing, motivated undergraduate sophomores interested in learning more about Investment Banking to apply for our Sophomore Job Shadow Program. This one-day program is designed to expose undergraduate students to the various opportunities available through a career in investment banking. The workshop offers an overview of Lincoln and the sell-side M&A process, insight into the responsibilities of an investment banking analyst, and networking opportunities with Lincoln bankers of various levels. This program is relevant to the 2028 summer internship recruiting cycle and serves as an opportunity to continue the conversation for junior year internships.

Requirements

  • Current Sophomores in college
  • Minimum GPA of 3.5
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Assertive, self-motivated and desire to succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred Finance, Accounting or Business major

Responsibilities

  • Gain exposure to an overview of Lincoln and the sell-side M&A process.
  • Gain insight into the responsibilities of an investment banking analyst.
