About The Position

As a Sony Home Theater Expert, you’ll promote, demonstrate and sell home theater products, with an emphasis on the Sony brand. You’ll explain complex technology in simple terms so customers can understand the value of each product. You’ll also share Sony product knowledge with coworkers and help ensure the team is prepared to assist customers. The role includes keeping the department organized and ready for customers, maintaining current product knowledge, and sharing feedback with vendor partners and market teams.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service or a related field.

• Prior experience serving as a specialist in premium, luxury or complex technology solutions.
• One year of experience working with consumer electronics.
