About The Position

As a Sony Home Theater Expert, you’ll promote, demonstrate and sell home theater products, with an emphasis on the Sony brand. You’ll explain complex technology in simple terms so customers can understand the unique value of each product. You’ll also share your Sony product knowledge with colleagues and help ensure the team is ready to assist customers.

The role involves maintaining product knowledge about new home theater technology, providing feedback to vendor partners and market teams about performance, promotions and sales best practices, and keeping the department organized and ready for customers. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service or a related field.
