About The Position

Sonographers provide expert diagnostic ultrasound imaging procedures to assure a high level of quality care and service to patients, physicians, and customers in and outside the Radiology Department. This role involves general, OB/gyn, and vascular imaging, or a willingness to learn areas of less proficiency. The position includes a rotating call schedule.

Requirements

• Current certification in diagnostic medical sonography, ARDMS, RVT, or Equivalent.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in general, OB/gyn, and vascular ultrasound.
• Willingness to learn areas of less proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality ultrasound imaging and patient care services.
• Exercise sound clinical judgment when performing diagnostic imaging.
