Sonographer (PRN)
About The Position
US Fertility has an immediate opening for a Sonographer at Shady Grove Fertility in Houston (Medical Center), Texas. The role also floats to offices in Clear Lake, Spring-Woodlands, Katy, Memorial City, and Beaumont, Texas. The schedule is per diem, Monday through Friday as needed, from 7:15 AM to 12:00 PM. The Sonographer performs detailed examinations of anatomy and pathology, takes necessary measurements and calculations, documents results in electronic medical records, builds rapport with patients, and explains procedures. The role works collaboratively with physicians and colleagues to support patient care and the organization’s commitment to improving the patient experience and advancing reproductive medicine.
Requirements
- Completion of formal ultrasound training at an AMA-approved school and meeting ARDMS registry requirements; RDMS/RVT required.
- Understanding of and ability to follow physician protocols for procedures.
- Ability to effectively operate all equipment used within the scope of the job.
- At least two years of experience as an ultrasound technologist in women’s health.

- Prior experience with fertility patients strongly preferred.
