This Per Diem position requires flexibility in scheduling, with shifts ranging from 4 to 8 hours between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM. The role is multi-site, requiring coverage at any SEBMF Imaging Center, including Orinda, Berkeley, Antioch, and/or Castro Valley. Sonographer II: Competently performs routine and specialized sonography procedures of moderate complexity to produce quality images for diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, and prevention of injury or disease. Works independently, exercising sound judgment and clinical skills on challenging procedures to deliver accurate results. Builds confidence and cooperation through patient assessment, monitoring, and communication. Adheres to all regulations, codes, policies, and procedures for privacy and safety. May perform specific procedures and orient other staff. Sonographer III: Expertly performs routine and specialized sonography procedures of high complexity. Works independently, exercising sound judgment and seasoned clinical skills on challenging procedures to deliver accurate results. Builds confidence and cooperation through patient assessment, monitoring, and communication. Adheres to all regulations, codes, policies, and procedures for privacy and safety. May perform specific procedures and orient other staff.
