About The Position

Life Line Screening is hiring a Sonographer (Ultrasound Technologist) to perform preventive health screenings at community events. The role is part of a trained clinical team in a fast-paced environment, with work taking place at a different location each day. The position is open to experienced sonographers and new ultrasound graduates. Sonographers help customers understand personal health risks and opportunities so they can make informed decisions about their health.

Requirements

• Completion of an ultrasound program with vascular or general education and demonstrated competency; new graduates are welcome.
• Desire to provide unparalleled customer service.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability and willingness to foster a positive environment for fellow team members and customers during screening events.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for coverage under the company's vehicle insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform Carotid Artery screenings, Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA) screenings, and other screenings as needed, following company protocols and working proficiently and in a timely manner.
• Perform accurate tests while providing customer-facing service in a fast-paced setting.
• Collaborate with team members and share responsibilities, including driving the company van and loading and unloading equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Complete additional operational duties as needed.
