About The Position

Piedmont Community Imaging is seeking a Sonographer to join our patient-focused team! This role is a full-time position (40 hours/week) with a schedule of Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, located at an outpatient imaging center in Columbus, GA. New Ultrasound Technologists are encouraged to apply, and training will be provided for entry-level candidates. Requirements

• Graduate of an approved program of diagnostic sonography.
• Registered through the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (RDMS) or ARRT (S).
• For IDTF centers, OB, Abdominal, or General certification is required upon hire.
• RVT certification is required within one year of hire for IDTF centers.
• For non-IDTF centers, RVT certification along with OB, Abdominal or General is required within one year of hire, where applicable.
• Must meet the state licensure requirement for the state in which they practice.
