Requirements

  • Ability to safely lift 50+ lbs with proper technique
  • Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in shipping/receiving, logistics, warehouse operations, or inventory management strongly preferred.
  • Experience handling AV equipment, electronics, or technical materials is a plus.
  • Forklift or lift-assist equipment experience helpful (but can be trained.)
  • OSHA-10 or OSHA-30 certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily shipping and receiving of all inbound and outbound equipment.
  • Pack, prepare, and stage equipment, materials, and AV racks for deployment.
  • Receive, configure, and ship replacement units, loaners, and repaired equipment.
  • Support inventory functions, including cycle counts, serialized equipment tracking, restocking, documentation, and procurement
  • Assist with the physical handling of heavy equipment (racks, UPS units, displays, crates) using safe lifting practices.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse, staging, and operations areas.
  • Provide on-site operational support when technical staff are traveling or deployed in the field.
  • Support non-technical rack build tasks, including labeling, cable prep, and component organization.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure the timely turnaround of materials and equipment for field crews.
  • Help reduce operational bottlenecks by improving workflow speed, accuracy, and documentation.
