About The Position

Midland Transport is currently seeking a full-time Solutions Specialist based out of Head Office in Dieppe, NB. The selected candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a “Can Do” attitude. The Solutions Specialist leads the onboarding of Midland customers by aligning business needs to the most appropriate solution architecture. Managing a portfolio of onboarding initiatives, this role orchestrates cross-functional collaboration between technology, sales, and customer teams to ensure scalable, consistent, and value-driven implementations.
