About the position
We are seeking a Solutions Specialist to serve as the focal point for analytic risk assessments, knowledge, and support in the US region. This role involves overseeing the region's risk and solutions operations, utilizing a deep understanding of our models, features, and mechanisms. The Solutions Specialist will provide support throughout the sales process, integration process, and customer relationship lifecycle. Responsibilities include risk and analytics tasks, pricing support, pre-sales support, communication with analytics teams, analytic training, and support for auxiliary departments. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of analytic activities, experience as a fraud analyst, customer-facing skills, and familiarity with our infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Be the regional Risk and Analytics specialist, supporting all regional risk-related tasks and needs
- Conduct exposure assessment, data validation, KPIs setting, performance assessment, pricing support, ROI structuring, and analytic implementation needs
- Format and adjust pricing structures for new deals, cross sells, and upsells in the region
- Provide analytic and technical support during the sales process, including traveling within and across the US Region, joining client meetings, providing guidance, supporting deal strategy and offering structuring
- Support communication and cooperation with analytics teams in the R&D center, handling and bridging issues and problems with live merchants and onboarding merchants
- Spread analytic knowledge and experience to sales professionals, pre-sales, and customer success within the Region
- Support auxiliary departments within the region, including providing analytical advice for legal MSAs, billing oversight, and supporting marketing requests and analysis.
Requirements
- Significant experience as a fraud analyst with a deep understanding of analytics products
- Knowledge of analytic, feature engineering, data science, and modeling activities at Forter
- Customer-facing skills and ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple way
- Knowledge of analytic infrastructure, technical infrastructure, and data science infrastructure, as well as experience with integration challenges
- Fluent in Hebrew and English
- Ability to support regional risk-related tasks and needs, including exposure assessment, data validation, KPIs setting, performance assessment, pricing support, ROI structuring, and analytic implementation needs
- Ability to format and adjust pricing structures for new deals, cross sells, and upsells in the region
- Ability to provide analytic and technical support during the sales process, including traveling within and across the US region, joining client meetings, providing guidance, supporting deal strategy, and offering structuring
- Ability to support communication and cooperation with analytic teams, including handling issues and problems with live merchants, providing expertise to customer-facing teams, and supporting open analytic tasks and clients' requests
- Ability to spread analytic knowledge and experience to sales professionals, pre-sales, and customer success within the region
- Ability to support auxiliary departments within the region, including providing analytical advice for legal MSAs, overseeing billing for price offer structures, and supporting marketing requests and analysis.
