About The Position

Reporting directly to the GTM Lead, ProCogia is looking for a driven and consultative Solutions Sales Specialist to join our growing Go-To-Market team in Vancouver. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities by connecting prospective clients with ProCogia's end-to-end data solutions. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, deeply understanding their data challenges and positioning ProCogia's capabilities to deliver meaningful outcomes. Requirements

  • 7–8+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on enterprise SaaS or professional services
  • Demonstrated functional knowledge of generative and agentic AI platforms, including AWS, Azure, Google Gemini, Anthropic, NVIDIA, and Nemotron
  • Experience selling AI, data, or analytics solutions to mid-market or enterprise clients
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing a full sales cycle
  • Strong ability to communicate technical concepts, including AI and data solutions, to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a consultative sales environment where solutions are tailored to client needs
  • Proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline management and forecasting
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to travel to the US as needed, up to 25% of the time
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Lead discovery conversations with prospective clients to understand their data challenges and identify how ProCogia's solutions can deliver value
  • Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to craft tailored proposals, presentations, and solution recommendations
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to close, ensuring a smooth and professional client experience throughout
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, reporting progress and forecasts to the GTM Lead
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in the CRM
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and ProCogia's evolving service offerings to effectively position the company in the market
  • Represent ProCogia at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads
