In your role as a Unified Communications (UC) and Contact Center (CC) solutions sales partner, you'll be finding the right technology to help enterprise customers transform their communication infrastructure and elevate their customer experience (CX). But you'll be doing more than just providing phone systems—you'll help customers empower their hybrid workforces, streamline agent productivity, and build brand loyalty through seamless, AI-infused interactions. Forging strong customer relationships with senior leaders and key influencers within large global accounts. Evaluating and identifying gaps in customer communication workflows and agent performance. Proposing tailored solutions such as CCaaS (Genesys, Webex), UCaaS, and AI-driven automation to address specific business challenges. Handling all aspects of the sales cycle from initial discovery and solution architecture to closing and ensuring high satisfaction. Partnering with internal resources and account teams to orchestrate complex, large-scale deals.
