The Solutions Representative is responsible for driving new and expanded revenue by selling RealPage proptech solutions that help small and mid-sized multifamily operators improve financial performance and compete more effectively in a dynamic market. This role partners with property owners, operators, and executive leaders to identify opportunities to increase net operating income (NOI) through leasing automation, data-driven decision-making, revenue optimization, expense control, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate understands how property owners and investors evaluate technology investments through the lens of ROI, asset performance, and long-term value creation. While multifamily experience is a plus, success in this role requires strong financial acumen and the ability to translate technology into measurable outcomes that help customers do more with leaner teams.
