The Solutions Marketing Specialist (SMS) drives the articulation, positioning, and adoption of Rivet’s solutions across aerospace, defense, and industrial markets. This role sits at the intersection of product, commercial, and customer success—translating complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that unlock new business and expand existing programs. The SMS is responsible for shaping how Rivet shows up to customers and partners. This includes developing solution positioning, building go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and executing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption. The role requires strong intuition for customer needs, the ability to distill technical systems into tangible value, and a bias toward action in ambiguous, fast-moving environments. As a cross-functional partner, the SMS collaborates closely with engineering, implementation, and commercial teams to ensure consistency between what we build, what we say, and what customers experience. This role also plays a key part in enabling internal teams—ensuring everyone at Rivet can clearly communicate our solutions and their impact.
