About The Position

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of product, marketing, sales, corporate strategy and customer value, where you’ll help define how our solutions are positioned and brought to market. As a Solutions Marketing Manager, you’ll turn complex capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with higher education buyers globally. You’ll play a key role in enabling go-to-market success by connecting our solutions to real customer challenges and outcomes. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product or solutions marketing within a B2B SaaS company
  • Proven ability to translate complex products into clear, customer-centric messaging
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with product and sales teams
  • Experience developing sales enablement assets that drive measurable business impact
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage market and customer insights to inform decisions
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills across multiple formats and audiences
  • Proficiency using AI-enabled marketing and productivity tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Jasper, or similar) to support research, content development, messaging refinement, and workflow efficiency
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to confidently present to internal stakeholders, customers, and executive audiences
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% for customer meetings, industry events, and internal team collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine solution-level positioning and messaging that differentiates our offerings in a competitive SaaS landscape
  • Partner closely with product, corporate strategy, marketing, sales, and customer teams to align go-to-market strategies with customer needs and business priorities
  • Create high-impact sales enablement materials (pitch decks, value frameworks, solution sheets) that help move deals forward
  • Support go-to-market execution for key solution launches, ensuring strong internal alignment and clear external messaging
  • Translate customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence into actionable marketing recommendations
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and insights to enhance messaging development, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and go-to-market efficiency
  • Partner with campaign, field, customer impact, and digital marketing teams to support pipeline growth through targeted, outcome-driven messaging
  • Contribute to how we package and bring solutions to market
