Global Solution Management Lead – Enterprise Portfolio Solutions This position is part of our Leasing Advisory services within the Enterprise Portfolio Solutions platform. The Global Solution Management Lead – Enterprise Portfolio Solutions is a senior leader charged with leading and coordinating the development of winning solutions for prospective clients across the primary Portfolio Services of Lease Administration, Consulting, Transaction Management, Leasing Advisory , and Brokerage. This includes the ownership and development of the organization staffing model, identifying detailed savings and improvement plans, technology solutioning, ensuring teams can deliver the solutions, and financial analysis that demonstrates the value proposition to our clients. This position can be based in any major city for ease of travel and collaboration with JLL colleagues and prospective clients.

Requirements

• 10+ years proven experience as salesperson or role requiring outstanding business development and leadership skills;
• Ability to lead creative or unique solutions development – thinking beyond what we have always done, creating a vision of what could be, driving through hurdles, and leading teams to develop unique solutions;
• Ability to partner, critical for success when working with internal Subject Matter Experts including Leasing Advisory professionals and Brokers to showcase the best of JLL capabilities;
• Strong writing skills, including communicating the complete holistic solution in a concise narrative and executive summary. This role will be responsible for bespoke written responses that share the solution;
• Budget owner during negotiations to validate scope and price, identifying any financial or delivery risks for JLL, including completing the internal profitability analysis for JLL. We will need to understand the concepts of our financial models and how to work within them;
• Strong background in Portfolio Services including Leasing Advisory & understanding of real estate outsourcing to design the right solution based on the client's problem;
• Help identify additional potential sales or growth opportunities during the solution process;
• Ability to articulate and present account team, solution structure, delivery approach, and maintenance strategy internally and to clients;
• Excellent capacity to listen, articulate what was heard, and mold this into a solution;
• Experience and comfort working in a collaborative and respectful team environment;
• Bachelor's degree in addition to a broad range of business experience acquired through previous work experience.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Transaction Management and/or brokerage experience in similar roles strongly preferred ;
• Experience in leasing advisory, tenant representation, or landlord representation is highly valued ;
• Experience in large, complex solutions for corporate occupiers is preferred ;
• Understanding of leasing transaction structures, market dynamics, and advisory services delivery models .

Responsibilities

• Partners with sales leaders, functional subject matter experts including Leasing Advisory professionals , and marketing to create the most tailored, competitive solution possible for each client;
• Coordinating the development of clear, articulate, and winning value propositions for presentation to our prospective clients;
• Ability to form strategic solutions based on in-depth knowledge of each client including their leasing portfolio needs and transaction requirements ;
• Assists the sales leader in contracting by helping identify the best business terms language, developing contract exhibits, and conducting get-give analysis as needed;
• Own the deliverables that will be key for business planning;
• Participate in client-facing presentation & yellow pads to help diagnose client needs and customize our solution;
• Manage, both directly and indirectly, a team of global/regional and service line resources including Leasing Advisory teams that impact the solutions and proposed service offering ;
• Financial pricing model (internal budget used during approval processes) incorporating leasing transaction projections and advisory fee structures ;
• Develop and maintain needed benchmarks and analytics to support estimating and pricing;
• Communicate with the delivery team and account management organization to help facilitate operational handoff.
