This is a senior-level role in geosciences solution sales, including but not limited to disciplines such as geophysics, geology, petrophysics, earth modelling, and other similar areas of expertise. Primary focus is to act as a Subject Matter Expert and apply technical qualifications, skills and experience to identify opportunities, map solutions to customer needs, deliver technical product/solution presentations, demos and lead Proof-of-Value projects to demonstrate solution value and grow sales. Collaborates with sales representatives and other internal & external stakeholders to create technical proposals and drive deal closures. Develops and maintains key customer relationships, and actively contributes to day-to-day execution of Landmark’s strategy in the subsurface domain in the assigned geography. Demonstrates thought leadership through industry events, Tech Days, technical publications, workshops and webinars. Provides market and customer feedback to aid subsurface product/solution innovation, and shares knowledge and experience with the broader Landmark organization.

Requirements

  • Completion of an undergraduate degree in geosciences, or similar discipline.
  • A minimum 8 years of experience in the energy software industry or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Driving sales in the subsurface domain by understanding and addressing customer challenges with Landmark’s geosciences solutions.
