About The Position

Artian AI is building agentic AI automation for financial services. Our platform enables reliable, autonomous AI agents to execute business-critical workflows across regulated enterprise environments. We are an in-person team in New York, building at the intersection of AI, enterprise software, workflow automation, and financial services. About the Role Artian AI is looking for a Solutions Engineering Manager to lead successful enterprise deployments of our agentic AI automation platform. You will own the delivery motion from customer discovery through implementation, launch, and expansion, ensuring that Artian’s solutions create measurable impact for financial-services customers. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, solutions engineering, product, and implementation. You will be responsible for driving clarity, accountability, execution, and customer trust across complex deployments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically fluent, customer-facing, and comfortable operating in high-ambiguity enterprise environments.

Requirements

  • Experience managing complex enterprise software implementations, technical delivery programs, customer deployments, or professional services engagements.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
  • Technical fluency across APIs, integrations, data workflows, SaaS platforms, AI/ML products, or enterprise systems.
  • Ability to understand complex customer workflows and translate them into structured implementation plans.
  • High ownership, excellent judgment, and comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • Ability to earn trust with both customers and internal engineering/product teams.
  • Strong written communication and documentation skills.
  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or a closely related technical discipline, or equivalent industry experience in enterprise software delivery, implementation, or solutions engineering.

  • Experience in financial services, banking, insurance, capital markets, risk, compliance, or operations.
  • Experience delivering AI/ML, automation, analytics, workflow, or data platform products.
  • Experience at an early-stage startup or in a high-growth enterprise software company.

  • Familiarity with governance, auditability, model risk, data lineage, or regulated enterprise deployments.

Responsibilities

  • Own delivery of Artian deployments for enterprise financial-services customers from kickoff through launch and expansion.
  • Translate customer goals, workflows, constraints, and success metrics into clear implementation plans.
  • Coordinate across customers, solutions engineering, product, AI/ML, backend engineering, and go-to-market teams.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, stakeholder communication, and executive-level updates.
  • Develop implementation playbooks, delivery processes, customer onboarding materials, and repeatable deployment patterns.
  • Identify blockers early and drive cross-functional resolution.
  • Ensure customers realize measurable value from Artian’s agentic AI platform.
  • Capture product feedback and help prioritize improvements based on deployment learnings.
  • Build trust with customer stakeholders across business, technical, risk, compliance, and operations teams.
