As a Solutions Engineering Project Manager Intern, you will gain exposure to project management, engineering operations, customer solutions, and sales enablement while working alongside experienced engineering and project management professionals. This internship provides real-world experience supporting customer projects from initial scope definition through proposal development and project execution while building a strong understanding of mission-critical infrastructure solutions.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Project Management, Construction Management, Business, Operations, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
• Interest in project management, engineering, data center infrastructure, manufacturing, or customer solutions
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assist in defining and documenting project scopes, requirements, deliverables, and customer expectations
• Maintain project documentation and files to ensure accuracy, organization and accessibility
• Coordinate requests for engineering resources and subject matter experts to support project execution
• Support project planning activities and help track key deliverables and milestones
• Assist in preparing customer proposals and solution documentation for sales teams and clients
• Work with engineering teams to gather information for project and proposal development
• Help maintain project schedules, action items, and communication records
• Support cross-functional collaboration between engineering, sales, operations, and project teams
• Assist with reporting and project status updates as needed
• Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the Solutions Engineering organization
