About The Position

This role sits within ICONIQ’s Technology team, which empowers our global organization through innovative, secure, and scalable solutions. As a Solutions Engineer, you will partner across the firm to design and deliver systems that enhance operations, improve client service, and support thoughtful innovation, including the integration of AI.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience working with Salesforce in a corporate or consulting environment
• Experience working with AI tools or large language model platforms
• Familiarity with programming or query languages such as Python, SQL, or Apex
• Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong project management experience in fast-paced environments
• Ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Lead delivery of projects, including planning, execution, and release coordination
• Build and enhance systems such as Salesforce, including workflows, dashboards, and automations
• Design and implement integrations across enterprise platforms
• Apply AI tools to improve solution design and operational efficiency
• Troubleshoot system issues and ensure reliability and user satisfaction
• Create documentation and training materials to support users
• Contribute to continuous improvement of systems and processes
