ScalePad builds SaaS tools that managed service providers depend on to run their businesses. ControlMap equips MSPs with the structure, automation, and evidence trails they need to meet frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, CMMC, and NIST CSF and to position compliance as a competitive advantage for their clients. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to support new customer acquisition, expansion, and strategic partner conversations. Success here comes from deep product command, strong discovery instincts, the ability to translate complex risk and compliance concepts into clear and compelling value, and the judgment to know when to act independently and when to escalate.
