As a Solutions Engineer on the Deployed Intelligence team at Basis, you will serve as the technical backbone for customer deployments. You will collaborate closely with DI Strategists who manage enterprise customer engagements to ensure the seamless technical integration of Basis into customer workflows. This role involves owning the critical connections that power the Basis platform and acting as a liaison between customer needs and the engineering team. Basis specializes in building real agents that perform end-to-end work for major accounting firms, operating for extended periods. The company recently secured $100M in funding, achieving a valuation exceeding $1B, and is focused on deploying advanced applied machine learning at production scale. This position is part of a new paradigm focused on deploying intelligence rather than just implementing software.
