About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale document capture and orchestration applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Python development, machine learning technologies, document processing platforms, and DevOps practices. This individual will work closely with architects, product owners, and cross-functional Agile teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and high-performing solutions supporting critical business initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years of hands-on Python development experience, including Machine Learning
• Experience delivering complex enterprise applications in large-scale environments
• Experience building and deploying enterprise applications supporting document management and document capture processes
• Experience with OCR, Deep Learning, Intelligent Document Processing, and AI-driven automation solutions
• Strong knowledge of Logging, Caching, Transaction Management, Multi-Threading/Concurrency, Performance Tuning, and Application Monitoring
• Experience building REST APIs and microservices
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and object-oriented programming principles
• Experience with UML and technical design documentation
• Strong understanding of DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment practices
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working within Agile delivery teams

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Python-based enterprise applications and services
• Build and enhance document processing solutions leveraging OCR, machine learning, and intelligent automation technologies
• Develop scalable APIs, microservices, and orchestration workflows supporting enterprise business processes
• Participate in architecture reviews, design discussions, and technical solutioning activities
• Collaborate with product owners and Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security requirements, and enterprise development practices
• Support application deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
• Create and maintain technical design documentation and implementation artifacts
• Participate in production support and issue resolution activities as required
