About The Position
Join Pax8 as a Solution Engineer in the United States and play a pivotal role in delivering high‑impact technical experiences that help our partners move faster, smarter, and with confidence. This is a highly visible, partner‑facing technical role where your expertise directly accelerates partner success. You’ll work across a diverse, evolving vendor portfolio, collaborate closely with Solutions Consultants, and grow alongside Pax8’s expanding AI‑enabled marketplace — building your skills as the technology grows with you. Requirements
- Substantial ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and translate them into partner value
- Proven understanding of multi-vendor solution ecosystems and real-world implementation considerations
- Demonstrated confidence operating independently in partner-facing technical engagements
- Strong organizational discipline with consistent follow-through
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Willingness to travel infrequently (approximately 5–10%)

- Relevant technical certifications are a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead engaging, tailored technical demonstrations that validate solution fit and move opportunities forward
- Act as the technical authority during demos and onboarding, ensuring accurate positioning and partner alignment
- Surface technical risks early and guide partners toward effective mitigation strategies
- Provide onboarding and implementation guidance aligned to partner goals and defined processes
- Support Solutions Consultants by confidently addressing technical questions, objections, and validation needs
- Continuously improve demo assets, onboarding materials, and internal knowledge resources
- Build and maintain strong technical expertise across multiple vendors in complex solution environments
