About The Position

Faye is seeking a Solutions Engineer to act as the technical liaison between our Business Development and Engineering teams. This is a customer-facing position that requires a passion for tackling complex technical problems and fostering strong partnerships. The role involves managing the entire technical implementation process for our partners, from initial sales discussions through integration, launch, and ongoing support, ensuring smooth execution and sustained value.

Requirements

Customer-facing background in sales engineering, solutions consulting, or a similar role
3+ years of programming experience in Node.JS or a comparable language
3+ years of experience with web technologies such as HTTP, HTML, XML, and REST APIs
Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience in the travel or travel insurance industry

Responsibilities

Partner engagements with clear objectives and success criteria
Collaborate with the business development team to identify new opportunities and create technical documentation for the sales process
Deliver technology demonstrations to support new business acquisition
Manage partner integrations from start to finish as the main technical contact
Support the design and implementation of customized solutions based on partner technical needs
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful integrations
Troubleshoot, replicate, and diagnose the root causes of issues reported by partners
Represent partners' needs within the engineering department
Utilize SQL, Tableau, and reporting tools to identify and present data-driven growth opportunities to partners
Manage multiple partner engagements simultaneously
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement automation to enhance client engagements
