About The Position

Thermal limits are the hidden bottleneck holding back the world’s most advanced technologies—AI infrastructure, semiconductor equipment, power electronics, and mission-critical defense systems. At Johnson Controls, we don’t work around those limits—we eliminate them. Powered by our breakthrough Stack Forging™ process, we engineer high-performance thermal components and integrated cooling loop solutions designed for direct deployment into AI, HPC, and other demanding environments. The result: a best-in-class thermal management platform built for the systems that push performance to the edge—and beyond. Join the movement as a Builder on the Stack Forging Thermal Solutions team at Johnson Controls, as a Senior Solutions Engineer located in Burlington, MA. This is a team of roll-up-your-sleeves innovators who set bold standards—for themselves and for each other. We operate without silos, thrive on open collaboration, and believe the best ideas come from thinking out loud and challenging the norm.
